The Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the alignment of business initiatives with employees and management for their assigned LOB. The Sr. HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to leadership in the LOB they serve. They will assess and anticipate HR related needs. They will deliver valuable service that addresses the initiatives of the organization. Additionally, the role will demonstrate and formulate partnerships across the Centers of Excellence (COE). This is to ensure HR deliverables are addressed in a timely and comprehensive matter.
What will I be doing in this role?
The Sr. HR Business Partner (SRHRBP) serves as the "point of service" delivery in the provision of all HR services and provides expert guidance in the practice of labor relations while supporting the alignment of business initiatives with employees and management. In this capacity, the SRHRBP provides specialized services in all HR disciplines (including but not limited to) employee relations and labor relations. This includes education, consultation, coaching, conflict mediation, and administration of human resources policies, procedures and practices, and collective bargaining agreements (CBA). The SR HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to the leadership they serve and will develop, assess and anticipate HR related needs and deliver value added service that addresses the initiatives of the organization. The position functions autonomously with minimal supervision, a high level of political acumen and is expected to make decisions, handle complex problems, and provide support to clients including managing the same issue with both employees and management. Incumbent must demonstrate a high-level of independence, creativity, problem-solving skills and participate in project work.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required Experience: 7 years Leading a business unit or operating in a HR generalist/business partner related capacity required 3 years Labor Relations experience preferred 3 years In a Healthcare setting preferred Licences and Certifications: PHR and/or SHRM-CP and SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required
7 years Leading a business unit or operating in a HR generalist/business partner related capacity required
3 years Labor Relations experience preferred
3 years In a Healthcare setting preferred
Licences and Certifications:
PHR and/or SHRM-CP and SPHR and/or SHRM-SCP preferred
